B2Run 2025 entered its second round for us: After our successful run at B2Run in Karlsruhe in early May, our Hannover team lined up at the start yesterday evening. With lots of motivation, energy, and team spirit, our dedicated runners completed the 6.5 km course together.
We are very proud of our team and would like to thank you very much for your great commitment!
On May 13 and 14, we attended the TMF Health Registry Summit in Berlin. High-quality registry data is considered a key component of research and healthcare. The two-day event organized by TMF e.V., brought together registry operators with experts from research, industry, and politics. The focus was on exchanging ideas about shaping a sustainable registry landscape in Germany and Europe.
During the conference, we gained exciting insights into current developments in registry research, interoperability, and data usage.
We look forward to incorporating these new ideas into our work to continue developing secure, flexible, and future-proof registry solutions together with our partners.

Yesterday evening, our team tackled the first sporting highlight of the year and joined over 10,000 running enthusiasts at B2Run in Karlsruhe.
The great atmosphere and the beautiful route through the Schlossgarten once again made this year’s run a wonderful experience.
A big thank you to everyone who ran with us and supported us!

On the occasion of ONKOSTAR’s 10th anniversary, our first User Conference took place at the Design Offices in Hannover on March 24 and 25, 2025.
In addition to a diverse presentation program, the focus was on mutual exchange and networking. Both days of the event offered plenty of room for exciting discussions, valuable conversations, and making new connections.
We are overwhelmed by the fantastic feedback we have received so far.
We would like to thank all participants, speakers, and our organizing team for their support. The User Conference impressively demonstrated how valuable dialogue within the ONKOSTAR community is and that there is a strong shared interest in continuously developing our solutions.
