We are represented as a sponsor at the 68th GMDS Annual Meeting of the German Association for Medical Informatics, Biometry and Epidemiology (GMDS) e.V. The conference will take place under the motto “Science. Close to People” from September 17 to 21, 2023 in Heilbronn.

We offer visitors the opportunity to learn about our platform for medical registries and application examples. Our experts will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

25th Information Conference on tumor documentation and cancer registration in Magdeburg 26. – 28.09.2023

We will be exhibiting at the 25th Conference on “Tumor Documentation and Cancer Registration” in Magdeburg, which will take place September 26–28, 2023. The venue is truly unique: the event will be held at Germany’s oldest merchant church, St. John’s Church in Magdeburg.

IT-Choice active at B2Run 2023 in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, and Hannover, as well as at Stadtwerke Cup 2023 in Karlsruhe

We participated with full energy in the B2Run 2023 in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, and Hannover, as well as in the Stadtwerke Cup 2023 in Karlsruhe. These events demonstrate our commitment to group activities, health, and team spirit.

At the B2Run 2023 in Karlsruhe on June 15, 2023, IT-Choice participants tackled a varied course through the Schlossgarten and around the Schlossgartensee. Under the motto #gemeinsamaktiv, we worked up a sweat and celebrated together. We also participated in the B2Run in Hannover on June 27, 2023, which went along the Maschsee and finished at the Heinz von Heiden Arena. We’re already looking forward to the next event and to more athletic challenges.

IT-Choice also took part in the Stadtwerke Cup 2023 at the Rheinhafen in Karlsruhe. The IT-Choice team competed in the boat “STAR-Ship” and held its own bravely against the competitors. The regatta was organized by the Rheinbrüder Karlsruhe as part of the Harbor Culture Festival 2023. IT-Choice is already looking forward to participating in the next regatta in 2024.

DMEA – Connecting Digital Health, Europe’s leading event for Digital Health, has successfully concluded. We would like to thank everyone who visited us at our booth and gave us the opportunity to present our products.

During the exhibition days, we had the great opportunity to showcase our software products for healthcare, especially ONKOSTAR, our tumor documentation system and STUDYSTAR, our study management system. In addition, we participated in the DMEA tour on the topic “Data Utilization – Integrated Patient Survey” and presented our new tool ONKOSTAR patient survey.

Go-live of the BZKF Oncology Study Registry

Our contribution to cancer research and the latest treatment concepts

On November 16, 2022, the lever was pulled to launch the new oncology study registry, and we are proud to have successfully implemented the application for the joint study registry of the Bavarian Center for Cancer Research (BZKF), https://studien.bzkf.de.

The foundation of the application and the study browser is our study management system STUDYSTAR (https://studystar.info/).

The public study registry is a joint database of the BZKF, which reports on current oncology studies from nearly the entire Bavarian region and serves to improve and further develop therapy and treatment strategies for combating cancer.

All six university locations in Bavaria (Erlangen, Augsburg, 2 locations in Munich, Regensburg, and Würzburg) are contributing to the harmonization.
