The survey process
With SURVEYSTAR, you can conduct digital patient surveys easily and effectively. You have the option of surveying patients before, during, or after a hospital stay and conveniently evaluating the results.
Preparation
Both standardized and custom questionnaires can be used for the surveys. SURVEYSTAR provides you with comprehensive editors for the intuitive creation and maintenance of questionnaires.
Using scheduled invitations, you can easily and individually set the time period, content, and sequence of a survey for each patient.
Execution
SURVEYSTAR has a clear user interface that is optimized for use on all common mobile devices.
Patients can log in to the survey module via individualized links and fill out the questionnaires assigned to them easily and intuitively.
Optionally, it is possible to print out the questionnaires for people without internet access and fill them out in paper form.
Evaluation
For quality assurance and monitoring, we provide you with both raw data and numerical and graphical evaluation options.
