BUVEBA, <em>the National Association of Non-Medical Study Personnel in Clinical Research<\/em>, is committed to promoting professional training and strengthening study coordination as an essential component of clinical research. Its goal is to represent the interests of all professionals working in this field and to sustainably improve the framework conditions for their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For two days, the attending professional audience had the opportunity to learn about STUDYSTAR, our digital solution for efficient study management, at our exhibition stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"887\" src=\"https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/BUKO-2025_2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6427\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.7777777777777777;object-fit:cover;width:470px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/BUKO-2025_2.png 800w, https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/BUKO-2025_2-271x300.png 271w, https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/BUKO-2025_2-768x852.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>October 23 &#8211; ATO Conference in Freiburg<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On October 23, the 44th Annual Conference of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Transdisziplin\u00e4ren Onkologischen Versorgung (ATO), <em>the association for transdisciplinary oncology care<\/em> <em>in Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg<\/em>, took place at the Konzerthaus Freiburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATO focuses on interdisciplinary exchange to continuously improve oncological care. Under this year&#8217;s motto <strong>&#8220;Cancer Moves,&#8221;<\/strong> the conference addressed the diverse commonalities and connections between cancer and sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are very pleased to have had the opportunity to support this year&#8217;s conference as a sponsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>September 16 to 18 &#8211; ADT Network Conference in Berlin<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From September 16 to 18, 2025, we supported the <strong>ADT Network Conference in Berlin<\/strong> as an exhibitor. ADT (Association of German Tumor Centers) connects stakeholders in the field of oncology with the goal of identifying research questions relevant to patient care and answering them using the best possible data. It serves as a point of contact regarding quality assurance, data use, and data analysis in oncology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the ADT conference, we were able to have many interesting conversations about ONKOSTAR and SURVEYSTAR. Europe&#8217;s leading event for Digital Health provides us annually with the opportunity to present our products and solutions to a broad professional audience. We thank all visitors for their keen interest and the engaging conversations at our booth!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DMEA-2025-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6122\" style=\"width:706px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DMEA-2025-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DMEA-2025-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DMEA-2025-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DMEA-2025-1536x1152.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.it-choice.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/DMEA-2025-2048x1536.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>March 24 and 25 &#8211; &#8220;10 Years of ONKOSTAR&#8221; User Conference in Hannover <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the occasion of ONKOSTAR&#8217;s 10th anniversary, our first User Conference took place in Hannover on March 24 and 25, 2025.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Knowledge Exchange and Perspectives<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two-day event focused on the milestones of the first ONKOSTAR decade, the outlook on the upcoming version ONKOSTAR 3.0, as well as practical experience reports from users at a wide variety of institutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to a diverse presentation program, information booths offered participants ample opportunity to exchange ideas with our expert team about our products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A special highlight was the joint dinner, where we were able to conclude the first day of the event in a relaxed atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comprehensive<\/strong> <strong>Feedback Opportunities<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the event, participants had the opportunity to share suggestions and requests regarding our products on interactive feedback walls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event itself was also evaluated afterwards. We are very pleased with the consistently positive feedback. In addition to the presentation program, the lively exchange was particularly praised.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to thank all participants, speakers, and our organizing team for their support.
