Mainz \/ Karlsruhe, May 28, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 The IDG Institut f\u00fcr digitale Gesundheitsdaten RLP<\/strong> gGmbH (IDG) <\/strong>Institute for Digital Health Data RLP<\/em> and IT-Choice Software GmbH (IT-Choice)<\/strong> have officially solidified their long-standing collaboration into a strategic partnership<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to structure and formalize the joint development, support, and prospective marketing of digital solutions in the healthcare sector in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership builds on numerous successfully implemented projects in which IDG and IT-Choice have realized digital applications for the healthcare sector and public administration \u2013 particularly in the area of registry-based documentation and data-driven specialized processes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Joint further development of digital platform solutions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The core of the partnership is collaboration based on IT-Choice’s STARKIT platform<\/strong>. On this technological basis, individualized software solutions are created for IDG’s customer projects. While IT-Choice is responsible for the technical development, maintenance, and third-level support of the platform, IDG handles project management, technical specification, customer communication, and the operation of the respective solutions, among other things. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, IDG uses the data collected in the specialized applications as a basis for evaluations, reports, and data-based decision support. In doing so, IDG contributes to the evidence-based management and further development of care and administrative processes in healthcare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
