In addition, you can use the editors in SURVEYSTAR to create and maintain your own questionnaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-eyeworkers-accordion\"><span class=\"hidden allows-multiple-open\"><\/span><div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-eyeworkers-accordion-item\"><div class=\"\"><button aria-expanded=\"false\"><h4>1. Provide the questionnaire<\/h4><i class=\"icon plus\"><\/i><\/button><div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the order, the system generates either a cover letter with a QR code or an email with a link that leads to the designated survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The patient scans the QR code with a smartphone or tablet or opens the link in the email. The corresponding questionnaire appears immediately on the mobile device and can be completed there.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eyeworkers-accordion-item\"><div class=\"\"><button aria-expanded=\"false\"><h4>3. Transfer results<\/h4><i class=\"icon plus\"><\/i><\/button><div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the survey is complete, SURVEYSTAR sends the completed questionnaire back to the tumor documentation system. When using ONKOSTAR, the key metrics are automatically recalculated &#8211; eliminating the need for manual data entry or additional data collection steps.
